After years of being an enthusiastic participant in any and every class going I turned my passion and love for all things fitness into a career and now I pass on my motivation and energy to YOU in my classes.
Specialising in Barre Concept, this phenomenal workout incorporates the precision of pilates, the technique of ballet, the alignment of yoga and the strength from sports conditioning. These combined elements fuse to form a challenging and exciting workout, stretching and sculpting the muscles, whilst burning fat. I am a Barre Addict!
I also teach other fitness classes, a high energy but (very) easy to learn dance aerobics - Cardio Dance (Coming Soon) as well as HIIT Training and LBT and I am currently training to become a Pilates instructor.
