Whether you have just had your baby or are several months post natal and are returning to or starting out on your fitness journey, Pilates provides a gentle, full body strengthening programme to restore muscles weakened by pregnancy and labour.
I will help you to strengthen your core, pelvic floor and improve your fitness to make day to day activities easier. I am also experienced in rehabilitating diastasis recti (abdominal separation).
If you are breastfeeding or bottle feeding, this, plus holding a baby/carrying car seats day in day out can put a lot of strain on our upper and lower bodies so we stretch and strengthen these muscles too.
Pilates provides an excellent base for all other sporting and exercise types and is the safest method of exercise to rehabilitate and repair postnatal bodies.
Babies are welcome in class, I will be on hand to instruct and also to help with the little ones to allow you the me time you deserve and need for your sanity!
Classes are small, fun, friendly and offer a supportive atmosphere.
Trial a class for £8 and block book in advance for £7 per class.
